This modern-style Bluetooth speaker is hand-crafted in Maryland from locally sourced, non-harvested, beautiful, solid Black Walnut and American Cherry. It has a hand-rubbed semi-gloss finish. The Walnut grain wraps around the enclosure, and the front features a high-tech Cherry wood grill.
 
The wood for this speaker, in particular, came from a cherry tree in one of my clients' yards that was damaged during a storm. It had been drying in my shop for several years and was finally ready to be made into something beautiful.
 
Paired with two 50 mm full-range speakers powered by a 3W x 3W amplifier, this model is designed for multipurpose use and is an excellent choice for music and podcast listening. 
 
The rear control panel features forward, back, and pause buttons. Pressing and holding the buttons adjusts the volume. The auxiliary input jack lets you connect input sources with a standard ''mini jack'' or headphone cable. The internal 500mAh battery is recharged with the USB cable, providing 3-4 hours at 70% volume.
