This tabletop Murphy bar was made from stained Poplar by client request; however, it can be constructed from your preferred wood species.
 
This version of the Murphy Bar is designed with a stable oval base suitable for any horizontal surface. The door operates using concealed hinges and is held closed by powerful rare-earth magnets.
